Heteen Foundation provides assistance to hundreds of thousands, including orphans, in the first three months of 2024
The Heteen Charitable and Developmental Foundation implemented 158 charitable projects during the first three months of 2024, benefiting eight hundred and forty-eight thousand three hundred and thirty-nine people (848,839), including orphans. These projects were distributed in several areas, including water, helping the poor and orphans, providing breakfast meals for fasting people, and distributing sacrifices. The Foundation's Director, Dr. Jamal Al-Faqih, said that these projects come within the framework of the Foundation's ongoing efforts to provide assistance to those in need and support local communities. He added that the Foundation focuses on providing basic services, such as education, health, water, and sponsoring orphans, in order to improve people’s lives. Projects in the first quarter included distributing clean water to communities, and helping the poor and orphans by distributing food, clothing, dates, and cash assistance. It also provided breakfast meals for those who are fasting. During the month of Ramadan, in addition, the Foundation distributed sacrifices to needy families and orphans during Eid al-Adha. Dr. Al-Faqih expressed the Foundation's gratitude for the support it received from donors and volunteers, and said that the Foundation will continue its efforts to provide assistance to those in need and support local communities.
